What this notice covers
This notice explains how information submitted through this website is handled. It applies to the website contact form and to messages sent to the contact addresses listed here.
Information we collect
The contact form asks for your name, email address, project details, and a project topic. A phone number is optional. The form also uses limited technical information, such as submission timing and anti-spam signals, to protect the site and reject automated or abusive requests.
How information is used
Contact-form information is stored so Creative Electrical Solutions can review the request, understand the proposed work, and respond when appropriate. Information may also be used to maintain the security and operation of the website and to keep ordinary business records related to an inquiry.
We do not sell contact-form information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Website service providers
The website and contact-form database are hosted using service providers that currently include Cloudflare and Neon. Those providers process information on our behalf to deliver, protect, and operate the site. When anti-spam verification is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile may also process technical information needed to verify a submission.
Retention and security
Inquiry records may be kept while they are needed to review and respond to the request and for related business, legal, and security records.
The site uses access controls and service-provider security features, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, medical records, or other sensitive information through the project form.
Questions and requests
To ask a privacy question or request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, use the website contact form and begin the project details with “Privacy request,” or call (760) 822-4158. We may need enough information to locate the record and verify that the request relates to you.
